Scope
- The customer has a series of distributors that could use their website to sell their book titles.
- To work with their distribution channels and benefit all companies involved, Perseus Books was interested in a solution to distribute readily for all channels.
- Generic Shopping Cart, Checkout and Account functionality to integrate to all distributors' websites.
Challenges
- Integration to several publishers' websites without disrupting their normal selling cycles.
- Complex promotions and rules from many different publishers and distributors.
- Architecture needed to support a multi-tenant, multi-site distributor.
Solution Delivered
- Integration to the ERP system to accommodate order fulfillment and shipment tracking.
- Custom integration from Znode Marketplace to the Perseus Product Master (TMM) for inventory updates on the website.
- The Znode .NET e-commerce solution was configured per Perseus Books' exact needs. All distributors could see the benefits of using the Znode Marketplace solution.
- Complex promotions and pricing rules were configured within the Znode Marketplace .NET platform.

- Zeon Solutions was able to seamlessly integrate to all publishers' websites without the customers noticing the redirect.
- Address validation was integrated into Znode Marketplace for all of Perseus Books' distributors.
