Challenges
flexxCOACH Drill Designer allows Hockey Coaches to display existing plays, create new ones and save them. Coaches are always on the go. During the game and practice situations it is necessary to quickly diagram their plays. The PC based Drill Designer product delivers elegant technology for displaying and creating plays but due to the PC platform it could not be easily used ice side, at practices or during games.
Solution Delivered
Everyone wants mobility and flexxCOACH found that moving the PC based Drill Designer application to the iPad was the ticket! Coaches can easily display existing plays, create new plays, save them and leverage the iPad for quick huddles with their players. Zeon Solutions developed the flexxCOACH sportBOARD. The iPad application can be downloaded from the iTunes App Store.
Results
Zeon Solutions developed the Hockey sportBOARD application on the iPad with a framework suitable to be extended easily to other sports. The application will help the hockey coach design their game plans in both half-sized and full-sized rinks. The seamless layered design has improved the drawing performance to its maximum capacity. flexxCOACH sportBOARD is being used by hockey coaches today to win games!
